The team at Carolina Dunes Behavioral Health offers several levels of care to meet the needs of our community for children, adolescents and geriatric patients. These mental health programs are structured and designed to support those who are struggling with a mental health challenge in their life.
Our goal is to help children, adolescents and geriatric patients who are suffering from emotional and behavioral health problems. We help them to stabilize and improve their clinical status. We work closely with referral sources, families, and community agencies to return them to their daily activities in their homes and school environments.
The goal of our inpatient program is to effectively treat children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients suffering from acute behavioral health challenges. We provide assessment, diagnosis and rapid stabilization of acute psychiatric issues with referrals to less intensive, appropriate levels of follow-up care and support.
Carolina Dunes Behavioral Health's Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program offers long-term treatment for youth, with ongoing behavioral, emotional, or psychiatric challenges.
